Each floor exudes industrial charm, featuring original wood floors, exposed beams, brick walls, high ceilings, and west-facing offices with raised decks offering stunning lake views.

Our dog-friendly offices vary in size, accommodating everyone from individual tenants to groups of up to 50 people. The building offers secure 24-hour digital key card access. Each floor includes a shared common area, and tenants have access to three meeting rooms, perfect for impromptu meetings or a change of scenery.
